Returns & Refund Policy

At Noyadeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, eligible physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included hardware

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

  • Not customized or personalized beyond the standard options offered on the product page

2. Return Authorization Process

2.1 Request Approval

Before returning any item, you must contact us at contact@noyadeco.com to request authorization.

2.2 Return Instructions

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Packaging and return instructions

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Damaged frames, prints, or packaging

  • Incorrect product, size, or design

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (including items with added text or images)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product following the steps above and place a new order separately. Approved returns may be credited toward your new purchase where applicable.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Inspection

Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.

6.2 Approval and Issuance

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6.3 Processing Time

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply before the refund appears in your account.
